We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through CastMaster Shop are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product limitations, inaccuracies, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before your fishing gear is shipped. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other options indicated at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. CastMaster Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. Risk of loss and title for purchased fishing tackle items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot redirect orders once shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CastMaster Shop purchase. Most unused fishing gear in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges. Customized or perishable items (e.g., fishing bait) are non-returnable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastMaster Shop and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or equipment damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the fishing tackle giving rise to the claim.
